Dana will be showcasing its popular M670 OpenECU engine controls development ECU, along with more recent additions to the OpenECU rapid controls prototyping family, the M110 gateway module, and latest M560 EV / HEV supervisory controller.

The M670 is the most versatile and flexible controller in the OpenECU product range. It is capable of running engines with up to 8 cylinders, for standard port fuel injection engines, as well as common-rail diesel (CRD) engines and gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines with its integrated 65V, 120W boost power supply. A generous allocation of auxiliary I/O for driving pumps and valves, and reading dedicated engine sensor types makes the M670 an ideal hardware platform for rapid controls development projects, and even low volume production.

Dana delivers innovative prototype and production custom electronic solutions through ingenuity with proven engineering and production experience using an accelerated development path leveraging existing IP, proven tools, and hardware that can be developed in parallel with application development and vehicle testing.

We look forward to seeing you at OpenECU Booth #E157 to meet our representatives and discuss how our products and services can support your electric and hybrid vehicle systems development.
