Introducing Nx3

The Nx3 is an OpenECU™ supervisory and gearbox control platform designed for light, commercial, and off-highway vehicles. It is suited for prototype through production applications, offering highly customizable I/O, flexible application software development using OpenECU MATLAB Simulink or C-code, and model-based control strategies to accelerate startup and integration.

The Nx3 supports advanced vehicle control applications including VCU, EVCC, ICE, EV, and hybrid supervisory control. It is developed according to ISO 21434 with integrated HSM support for cybersecurity requirements and is equipped to meet ISO 26262 up to ASIL-D functional safety requirements.

Application Description
Megawatt + CCS Combined Charging Control Single-controller solution to manage both Megawatt Charging System and CCS inlets on commercial EV platforms, simplifying the overall vehicle architecture.
Megawatt Charging Control Standalone controller to manage Megawatt Charging System functionality, including communication with charging infrastructure and the vehicle BMS.
Vehicle Supervisory Control Full powertrain, gearbox, and auxiliary management for ICE, EV, or hybrid commercial and off-highway vehicles.
On Vehicle Charge Management Manage both Megawatt Charging System and CCS inlets on a single commercial EV platform, coordinating with BMS and simplifying wiring.
